Max Effort Bench Day

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos

Decline Bench (pinkies on 32" rings, all reps paused on chest)

405 x 1 - felt really shaky, so I stopped there.

Power Clean & Jerks
135 x 1
185 x 1
210 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - good speed and form.

Power Snatch
140 x 3, 3, 3, 3 - good speed and form.

Dumbbell Floor Presses
70s, x 6
100s x 19

Battle-ropes (all out!)
1 1/2" rope x 45 seconds, 45 seconds - still tough to breath hard, since the radiation destroyed my salivary glands, my mouth gets very dry from heavy breathing and I start to gag.........so this limits my conditioning, but I'm going to keep trying and hopefully one day be back to normal.
