Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed, 60 seconds rest between sets, usually done to a parallel box; however, because of some hip pain, I started on a high box and worked my way down to parallel for the last 5 sets)

Barbell Shrugs

Light Sled Drags
Forward 125 lbs. x 100', 100', 100'
Backward 125 lbs. x 100', 100', 100'
Had some really intense muscle spasms in abdominals, I've been taking higher doses of calcium hoping that would help, but so far not much of a change.
