Dynamic Effort Squat and Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats and Kettlebell Swings

Dynamic Effort Squat (for speed, usually squat to a parallel box but since I want to give my hip one more week to heal, I'm squatting on a high box, 3 - 4" above parallel with less weight, 60 seconds rest between sets)

290 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

340 x 1 - all reps were very quick!

Dynamic Effort Deadlifts (80% of max, for speed, 45 seconds rest between sets)

405 x 1
500 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - reps were a little slow.

Barbell Shrugs
225 x 10
315 x 10
365 x 10, 10

Sled Drags
Backwards 165 x 100', 100', 100'
Forwards 165 x 100', 100', 100'

Everything felt decent today, not much pain, not much fatigue.
