48KG x 5 - I believe this is the 1st time I picked up "the beast" since cancer and was OK hitting only 5 reps.

Great week! Hitting some decent numbers, I'm probably about 80-85% back to my overhead prowess. Lower back and knee feel fine, and I haven't had a muscle spasm in like a week! My hip is still a little sore and left shoulder feels like mush but overall stronger and less fatigued.
