Lower-body Day

Since everyone I know is doing the "low carb" thing, I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and do an old fashioned carb load (5 days no to low carbs + 2 days high carbs a la Dr. Di Pasquale/Duchaine). In doing so I plan on changing my training just for one week since my energy reserves will be tapped not having any carbs.

Squats (done Olympic style with close stance, bar high on shoulders)

Barely made it through as my stamina was severely decreased with no carbs.....and still having a bunch of muscle spasms.
