Warm up w/ Goblet Squats

Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed, still squatting off of a higher box with lower weight so as to not aggravate sore hip, 60 seconds rest between sets)

305 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
325 x 2
345 x 2
355 x 1 - all reps were quick.

Barbell Shrugs
225 x 10
315 x 10
375 x 10

Sled Drags
Backwards 130 x 100', 100', 100'
Forwards 130 x 100', 100', 100'

Short day, low volume as I was feeling a bit sore all over.  My bodyweight is down 27 lbs. since January but so far my strength hasn't dropped that much. Trying to keep my protein intake around 250-300 grams!
