Dynamic Effort Bench (touch & go style, for speed, 60 seconds rest between sets, using multiple grips from wide to narrow)

240 + bands x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 - somewhat slow.
260 + bands x 3 - got even slower, so I stopped there.
Overhead Barbell Push-press (from rack still)
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
245 x 3 - disappointing and lots of left shoulder pain.
Lying Band Rows (lying on bench w/ bands hooked to top of rack, basically a reverse bench) x 20, 20, 20
No biceps issues, but left shoulder was in pain almost the entire day.
