Dynamic Effort Squat and Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats and Box Jumps

Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed, done off a slightly above parallel box, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 + bands x 5
225 + bands x 3
275 + bands x 2
295 + bands x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
315 + bands x 2
335 + bands x 2
345 + bands x 1 - all reps were very quick!

Dynamic Effort Deadlifts (for speed, used double-overhand grip w/ wrists straps to limit biceps strain, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 10 sets of 1 rep - very quick, no biceps pain, still going very light and will try to increase weight over the next few weeks.

Barbell Shrugs
275 x 6, 6 - no biceps issues, still going light.

Sled Drags
Backwards 165 x 100', 100', 100'
Forwards 165 x 100', 100', 100'
