Power Clean and Jerks (OTM - "on the minute", very light to test out biceps)
135 x 10 sets of 1 rep done OTM - biceps felt a little strained afterwards.
Incline Svend Press
2 - 25 lbs. plates x 20, 20
Battle Ropes
1 - 1/2" Rope x 1 minute - biceps felt OK.
Plan to continue incorporating cleans, pulls, and curls (both direct and indirect biceps work) as pain allows.
