Incline Svend Press (named after World's Strongest Man Svend Karlsen, never allow the plates to be over your face and always stay a few reps under failure!!!!!)
2-25 lbs. plates x 20, 20 - did these instead of high rep dumbbell work, I figured there was less chance of further biceps injury.
Battle Ropes
1-1/2" rope x 30 seconds, 30 seconds - went with less intensity/time to test biceps out, they felt OK.
