Warm up w/ Goblet Squats and Box Jumps

Box Squats (using a box that is about 3-4" above parallel while wearing Inzer Groove Briefs in an effort to keep hips from hurting)

Snatch-grip Deadlifts (using hook grip, still testing out biceps while pulling)

345 x 3 - if your thumbs don't bleed, you're probably doing it wrong...…………; )

Walking Lunges

Chain-yoke Walk

450 x 100'

Alternating Dumbbell Curls
Left Hand/Right Hand
60/30 x 8, 8 - biceps felt OK!
