Max Effort Overhead Day

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos and Presses

Overhead Push-press from Rack (obviously not cleaning yet)

260 x 1 - felt very heavy, barely got it.
205 x 8

Bench (medium grip - pinkies on 32" rings, touch & go style)
135 x 5
225 x 5

Add Mark Bell's Slingshot

400 x 4 - stalled on rep #5, just felt weak and fatigued today.

French Press
115 x 8
135 x 8, 8 - shoulders ached bad.

Pulldowns (very light)
100 x 10, 10, 10 - used a very light weight just to get my injured bicep working, very slow reps to test biceps, which felt OK.

Upper-body Sled Drags
25 lbs. x 6 trips of 100' - basically doing some light upper-body exercises light front raises and triceps while dragging sled.

Horrible day, felt beat down and weak, everything hurts (except biceps?), my bodyweight is still down 32 lbs. so I've been consuming a ton of protein hoping my strength comes back.
