Dynamic Effort Squat & Deadlift Day

Gym Temp: 95°
Music: Haste the Day, Attack of the Wolf King

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats and Kettlebell Swings

Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed, off of a slightly above parallel box, wore Inzer Groove Briefs to keep hips feeling healthy, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 + bands x 5
225 + bands x 3
275 + bands x 2
315 + bands x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
335 + bands x 2
355 + bands x 2
365 + bands x 1 - speed was really quick!

Dynamic Effort Deadlifts (for speed, no straps this time, using alternating grip to test out biceps, 60 seconds rest between sets, still going light)
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 2
365 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - very quick, biceps felt a little strained.

Barbell Shrugs
315 x 6, 6 - biceps felt OK.

Sled Drags
Backwards 135 x 100', 100', 100'
Forwards 135 x 100', 100', 100'
