Took a couple weeks off from lifting, hoping it would help some things heal. This is the most time I've taken off from lifting since coming back from cancer.
2 Board Bench (all reps paused on boards, index fingers on 32" rings)

Power Snatch (OTM - "on the minute")
135 x 10 singles done on the minute for 10 minutes, decent speed and technique. Biceps felt good! Left shoulder still in pain.....
Dumbbell Floor Press
75s x 10
100s x 14
Battle Ropes
1 1/2" Rope x 1 minute - biceps still felt good.
