Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings

Hex Bar Deadlifts (Dynamic style - for speed, 45 seconds rest between sets)
140 x 5
230 x 3
355 x 12 sets of 1 rep - good speed on all reps.

Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
220 x 50', 50'
245 x 50', 50' - I think this is the most weight I've used on FW since cancer.

Power-stairs (used a makeshift set up to practice a common strongman event)
270 x 6, 6
