New Program

Changing things up a bit: concentrating more towards strongman training and less powerlifting.  Kind of...…… My last program was more overall strength as follows:
3 days per week/2 week cycle
Max Effort Bench Day
Max Effort Squat or Deadlift Day
Dynamic Effort Bench Day
Squat and Deadlift Assistance Day
Max Effort Overhead Day
Dynamic Effort Squat and Deadlift Day

This program will also be 3 days per week, but will have 4 days rotating throughout the weeks as follows:
Squat Day
Overhead Day
Deadlift Day
Bench Day
The plan is to do more strongman events and try to get my conditioning up.
