Squat Day

Gym Temp: 85°
Music: Saving Grace, The King is Coming

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats and Box Jumps.

Dynamic Effort Squat (for speed, to a parallel box, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 2
300 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
320 x 2
340 x 2
350 x 1 - all reps very quick.

Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)
120 x 5
180 x 5
210 x 5 - using very light stones for now, making sure my biceps injury is healed up, no pain.

Keg Carries
160 lbs. keg x 100', 100' - same as w/ stones.

Even though it was a pretty light day, I felt like I got some decent work in. I just want to be extra cautious with my biceps since lifting stones and kegs put a lot of stress on the biceps.
