Bench Day

Gym Temp: 90°
Music: Fit for a King, Dark Skies

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos, Hammer Winds, and Medicine Ball Chest Throws.

Dynamic Effort 12" Log Incline Press (for speed, 60 seconds rest between sets, touch & go style)

225 x 3 - all reps were very quick, going lighter w/ less volume because of shoulder issues.

Power Clean & Jerk (OTM - on the minute)
135 x 1
185 x 10 singles done "on the minute", shoulder actually felt OK, speed & technique was pretty good.

Flexed Arm Hangs
Bodyweight x 10 seconds, 10 seconds, 10 seconds

Band-assisted Pullups x 9, 8, 8

Dumbbell Rows
70 x 10
80 x 8
90 x 6

Landmines - used a very light weight and did multiple movements to try and get some shoulder stability and mobility work. 

Hoping the added upper body pulling movements will aid with shoulder issues. Also trying not to push the weights too heavy to allow for healing.
