WOB (weight over bar or weight for height {WFH}, Highland Games event, saw a strongman contest next year that has this event so I thought I'd start training for it)
42 lbs. x 10' x 5 - the weight was probably going 11-12' but kept the bar at 10' just for practice, haven't done these in a while.
