Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings and Goblet Squats
Squats (to a parallel box, mostly Dynamic for speed, 60 seconds rest between sets)

From here I did some moderate weight squats with more of a rest between sets, not Dynamic Effort.

I feel very weak in the strongman events compared to what I was doing pre-cancer. Somewhat disheartening, but I plan to keep pushing forward. I need to remember: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". - Philippians 4:13
