Bench Day

Gym Temp: 75°
Music: Hope for the Dying, Legacy

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Halos, Hammer Winds, Medicine Ball Chest Throws

3 Board Bench (all reps paused on boards, medium grip w/ pinkies on 32" rings)
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
340 x 3 - tough time locking out left (injured) shoulder, felt very weak.

Reverse Banded Bench (bands set up to take most of the weight off of chest due to injury)
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
260 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3 - although still feeling weak, pain wasn't as excruciating as before.

Body Rows x 6, 6, 6

French Press
45 lbs. bar x 15, 15 - started out w/ 65 lbs. on bar but the shoulder pain was enormous, dropped to just the bar and did slow reps.

Alternating Dumbbell Curls
50s x 8, 8, 8

Power Snatch
95 x 1, 1, 1
115 x 1, 1, 1
135 x 1, 1, 1 - obviously went very light again, but snatches seem to open up my shoulder and take some of the pain away.
