3 Board Bench (all reps paused on boards, index fingers on 32" rings)

350 x 3 - about all my left shoulder could take.

Reverse Band Bench (lightened method)

335 x 3 - trying to improve little by little...still painful.

Reverse Band Rows x 20, 20

French Press 
45 x 20, 20, 20 - very light w/ just the bar....ouch!

Alternating Dumbbell Curls
