Squat Day

Warm up w/ Goblet Squats & Box Jumps.

Dynamic Effort Squats (for speed to a parallel box, 60 seconds rest between sets)
135 + bands x 5
225 + bands x 3
280 + bands x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
300 + bands x 2
320 + bands x 2
330 + bands x 1 - speed was decent.

Atlas Stones (trying to go for a max, to a 50" platform)
120 x 1
180 x 1, 1
210 x 1
240 x 1
285 x 0 - 45° outside and couldn't get my tacky out of the jar, it was basically solid and wouldn't work. 

Sled Drags
