8" Log Strict Press (no use of legs)
140 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 - went light since shoulder still hurts.

12" Log Pendlay Rows (Pendlay Rows using a 12" log instead of barbell.

Shoulder still very tight but pain wasn't as bad. I go to see the doctor next week.
