Max Effort Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings & Lunges

525 x 0 - I've been progressively getting weaker in most of my lifts (even those that don't effect my shoulder) and I've also been losing weight pretty regularly. I'm not sure if this has to do with my thyroid shutting down or that I haven't been consistent in my training. Anyway, I'm going to keep plugging away until my shoulder surgery comes around.

Front Squats

185 x 6
225 x 3 - had some slight shoulder pain on this set so I stopped there. I will stay lighter with these next time.

Sled Drags 
Forward 185 x 100', 100'
Backwards 185 x 100', 100'

Ab Wheel

Should've done Leg Curls, but I was just beat and had no energy.
