525 x 0 - I've been progressively getting weaker in most of my lifts (even those that don't effect my shoulder) and I've also been losing weight pretty regularly. I'm not sure if this has to do with my thyroid shutting down or that I haven't been consistent in my training. Anyway, I'm going to keep plugging away until my shoulder surgery comes around.
