Supinated Grip Pulldowns (the normal grip hurts my shoulders)

Straight Bar Triceps Cable Extensions
120 x 20, 20

Concentration Curls
25s x 20, 20

Dumbbell Shrugs (5 second pause at top of lift)
50s x 10
80s x 10, 10, 10

Very humbling using such small weights...
