505 x 0 - wow.....barely got it 3" off the floor, what used to be my warm-ups are now my maxes.....sad.

Leg Curls

Ab Wheel

Sled Drags
Forward 150 x 100', 100', 100'
Backwards 150 x 100', 100', 100'

All of my major lifts are down a good 100-150 lbs. I wish I knew what was going on. Oh well, I will keep on keepin' on.
