Warm up w/ Kettlebell Swings

Dynamic Effort Deadlifts (from a 1" deficit, for speed, 45 seconds rest between sets)

225 x 2
295 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - light, very quick!

Leg Press
245 + bands x 15 + 15 calf presses
445 + bands x 15 + 10 calf presses
645 + bands x 15 + 10 calf presses
695 + bands x 15 + 8 calf presses

Leg Curls
100 x 6
150 x 6, 5, 5

Limited now to basically only doing lower body, since I can't do much shoulder movement.
