Kind of a Bench Day.....

Warm up w/ Kettlebell Snatches and Halos

2" Handle Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
160 x 100', 100' (w/ turn) - went light today since my knee hurt yesterday.

2 Board Bench (medium grip w/ pinkies on 32" rings, all reps paused on boards)
45 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5 - surprisingly my shoulder did not hurt too bad.

Hammer Curl
25s x 10
40s x 10, 10, 10 rest 15 seconds then 3, rest 15 seconds then 2 more.

Grippers
HG100 x 10, 10 inverted
HG150 x 6, 6 inverted
HG200 x 1 left hand, 6 right hand
HG200 x 2 inverted left hand, 3 inverted right hand - well at least my grippers are improving.
