More Kettlebell Silliness

On the comeback trail...…...

Warm up w/ 20 minute walk. 

Light, using my right side only. Just got out of brace. Doctor said all appears to be healing well, but that I cannot use my left arm for anything more strenuous than brushing teeth.

Bottoms-up Press (rso)
20 x 8, 8

Kettlebell Bench (rso)
50 x 10, 10

Country Crush Seated Row (rso)
70 x 10, 10

Thunder Ball Pulldowns (rso)
60 x 10, 10

Elbow-out Triceps Extensions (rso)
30 x 10, 10

Hammer Curls (rso)
30 x 10, 10

Rear Lateral Raises (rso)
15 x 15

Feels good to do some type of lifting.
