Incline KB Bench (right side only)

1-Arm Pulldowns (rso)
100 x 12, 12

1-Arm Seated Rows (rso)
110 x 12, 12

Lying Dumbbell Extensions (rso)
35 x 10, 10

Dumbbell Curl (rso)
35 x 10, 10

Lateral Raise (rso)
15 x 15

Left arm still in brace until end of week.
