Leg Extensions (I would normally never do a leg extension as I think they are useless: they might have some body-building and/or physical therapy applications, but I believe there are much better exercises to choose from. But...because of my shoulder surgery, I'm pretty limited on what I can do. A pro-strongman once said, "If you take this leg extension machine, wrap a chain around it and drag it around the parking lot, you'll get a hell of a leg workout!" - good advice...
