Elbow-out Triceps Extension (rso)

Hammer Curl (rso)

Rear Lateral Raise (rso)

Triceps Cable Extension (left arm)
20 x 15, 15 - just trying to get a little movement going with my left arm, very, very light weight.

Sledge Hammer Curls (keeping the weighted side of hammer on my right (good) side.
10# x 15, 15 - again just trying to get my left arm moving.

Physical Therapy went very well today, more range of motion and less pain. Thank you Jesus!
