Waiters Walk (rso)

50 x 100', 100'

Rope Triceps Extensions
20 x 30
30 x 30 - light weight using both arms to get my left arm moving.

Rope Cable Curls
20 x 30
30 x 30- again trying to get my left arm more involved.

PT is going well.
