Bench Day

Gym Temp:75°
Music: For Today, Breaker

Today I'm starting a new program to get my left shoulder working again post surgery. I'm 3 months from surgery and plan on obviously starting very light with lots of warm-ups.

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, band pull-aparts, dumbbell laterals and swinging 2 lbs. Indian clubs (slowly).

Decline Lying Band Row (basically a reverse bench)
Light Band x 20
Average+Light Band x 10

Reverse Band Decline Bench (medium grip w/ pinkies on 32" rings, set up to do full range of motion w/ weight taken off @ chest)
135 + Average Band x 10, 10 - no pain, just felt strange.

Dumbbell Rows
30s x 10, 10

Dumbbell Floor Press
10s x 10, 10 - pretty sad that these were not terribly easy.

Pulldowns (to front chest)
50 x 10, 10

Machine Bench
50 x 10, 10

Dumbbell Curls
15s x 10, 10

V-Bar Pushdowns
80 x 10, 10

Well, got to start somewhere. I've been here before a few times, especially post cancer.
