655 x 20 + 20 calf presses - I've been going higher reps w/ these lately because when I get over 800 lbs. my knees start hurting.
Reverse Hyper-extensions
50 x 10
100 x 10 - 1st time doing these since surgery as I can finally hold onto handles.
Leg Extension

170 x 15
Leg Curl
100 x 8
120 x 8 - 1st time doing these since surgery as well, same reason.
Waiters Walk (right side only)
50 x 100', 100'
60 x 100', 100' - still can't fully extend left arm above head so just working the right side.
Incline Treadmill x 10 minutes hard!
