Squat Day

Gym Temp: 70°

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.

Belt Squats
80 x 10
105 x 10
140 x 20 - can't put a barbell on back yet.

Split Squats x 10, 10

Walking Lunges x 10, 10

Step-ups x 10, 10

Calf Raises x 10, 10

Farmers Walk 
35s x 200', 200'
50s x 100', 100'

Kettlebell Swings (switch arms every 10 reps)
10 x 40
20 x 40

Obviously very light not knowing what my new shoulder can handler yet. I can only get stronger from here.
