Bench Day

Gym Temp: 75°
Music: Disciple, Horseshoes and Hand Gernades

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, much stretching, foam rolling, band pull-aparts, dumbbell raises, and 2# Indian Clubs.

Lying Band Rows (basically a reverse bench)
Average Band x 20
Strong Band x 20, 20

Reverse Band Bench (bands set up to take weight off of chest)
135 + Average Band x 10
155 + Average Band x 10, 10 - not hard, just feels funny.

Dumbbell Rows
40s x 10, 10, 10

Dumbbell Floor Press
15s x 10, 10, 10 - again not hard, just doesn't feel right.

Pulldowns (to chest)
60 x 10, 10, 10

Machine Flat Bench
60 x 10, 10, 10 - ditto.

Dumbbell Curl
20s x 10, 10, 10

V-Bar Triceps Pushdown
90 x 10, 10, 10
