Bench Day

Gym Temp: 75°
Music: The Devil Wears Prada, Plagues

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, various stretches, dumbbell raises, and band pull-aparts.

Lying Band Rows (on incline, basically a reverse bench)
Extra-strong + light band x 10
Extra-strong + light + mini band x 10

Reverse Band Incline Bench (with medium grip, lightened method to take weight off of chest)
135 + average band x 10
155 + average band x 10

Dumbbell Rows
55 x 10, 10

Dumbbell Press (on slight incline)
30s x 10, 10

Pulldowns (to back of head, trying to work on mobility)
90 x 10, 10

Machine Incline Bench
80 x 10, 10

Dumbbell Curls
30s x 10, 10

V-bar Pushdowns
120 x 10, 10

Standing Push-ups (with barbell in rack) x 10

Standing Body Rows (w/ same set up) x 10

First day back after a week and half off. Still very weak but no pain at all...….Thank God!
