Leg Day

Gym Temp: 70°
Music: The Devil Wears Prada, With Roots Above and Branches Below

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk and stretches.

Leg Press
245 x 20 + 20 calf presses
445 x 20 + 20 calf presses
645 x 20 + 20 calf presses
735 x 20 + 20 calf presses - finally able to lift 100 lbs. plates onto leg press!!!!!

Reverse Hyper-extensions
90 x 10
140 x 10 - no pain holding onto handles!!!!

Leg Extension
160 x 15
180 x 15

Leg Curl
110 x 8
130 x 8

Waiters Walk (right side only)
60 x 100', 100'
70 x 100', 100' - still not able to hold weight overhead properly with left side.

10 hard minutes on incline treadmill.

Had a great day at physical therapy. Strength improved dramatically and range of motion almost 100%.
