Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, foam rolling, stretches, band pull-aparts and various dumbbell raises.
Lying Band Rows (basically a reverse bench)
Extra-strong + Average Band x 10, 10, 10
Reverse Band Bench (medium grip, lightened method, really had to lower weight due to shoulder pain @ lockout)
95 + Average Band x 10 - no pain
135 + Average Band x 10 - PAIN! Dropped weight.
115 + Average Band x 10 - no pain, I guess I just need to keep the weights light for now.
Standing Front Press
45 x 10
65 x 10
70 x 10 - very encouraging that I can now do a light overhead press.
Dumbbell Rows
70 x 10, 10
Dumbbell Press (steep incline)
35s x 10, 10 - a little pain @ lockout.
Pulldowns (to behind neck)
120 x 10, 10 - range of motion improving weekly.
Machine Overhead Press
100 x 10 - some discomfort, so dropped weight.
90 x 10
Dumbbell Curls
35s x 10, 10
V-Bar Triceps Pushdowns
140 x 10, 10 - a little pain @ lockout.
Standing pushups and body rows with barbell in power rack 2 x 10 of each.
