Bench Day

Gym Temp: 70°
Music: Earth Groans, Rahab

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, foam rolling, band pull-aparts, and various DB raises.

Incline Band Rows
Extrs-strong + Average Band x 10
Extra-strong + Strong Band x 10, 10

Reverse Band Incline (medium grip, lightened method)
135 + Average Band x 10
155 + Average Band x 10 - pain @ lockout!
165 + Average Band x 10 - pain @ lockout!

Dumbbell Rows 
60 x 10, 10, 10 - easy.

Dumbbell Incline Press
35s x 10, 10, 10 - slight pain @ lockout.


Pulldowns (to top of head)
100 x 10, 10, 10

Machine Incline Bench
90 x 10, 10, 10

Dumbbell Curls
30s x 10, 10, 10

V-Bar Triceps Pushdowns
130 x 10, 10, 10

Standing Pushups and Body Rows against power rack - 2 sets each.
