Warm up w/ 10 minute walk and various stretches, dumbbell raises, face pulls, band pull-aparts.
Lying Band Row (on slight incline)
Extra-strong + average band x 20, 20, 20
Reverse Band Bench (medium grip, lightened method)
95 + average band x 10 - pain @ lockout on every rep, didn't even try to go heavier it was that bad.
Standing Barbell Overhead Press
45 x 10
65 x 10 - tried some overhead stuff and had almost no pain.
Dumbbell Row
65 x 10, 10, 10 - felt fine.
Dumbbell Incline Press (steep incline)
35s x 10, 10, 10 - pain @ lockout on every rep!
Pulldowns (to back of head)
120 x 10, 10, 10 - felt fine.
Machine Incline Bench (steep incline)
110 x 10, 10, 10 - pain again @ lockout on every rep.
Dumbbell Curls
35s x 10, 10, 10 - no pain.
V-bar Triceps Pushdowns
140 x 10, 10, 10 - pain @ lockout again!
Standing push ups and body rows against power-rack using barbell. Two sets of 10 each. Felt OK.
