Bench Day

Gym Temp: 60°
Music: Every Knee Shall Bow, Slayers of Eden

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, foam rolling, band pull-aparts, and various dumbbell raises.

Lying Band Row (basically a reverse bench w/ bands attached to top of power-rack)
Extra-strong + Average Band x 15, 15, 15

Reverse Band Bench (medium grip, lightened method)
95 + Average Band x 10
115 + Average Band x 10
125 + Average Band x 10 - slight pain @ lockout.

Standing Overhead Press
45 x 10
65 x 10
75 x 10 - slight pain in left shoulder.

Pulldowns (behind neck)
130 x 10 - slight pain.

Machine Overhead Press
90 x 10 - PAIN!

Dumbbell Row
75 x 10

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press
35s x 10 - slight pain.

Dumbbell Curls
40s x 10

V-Bar Triceps Pushdowns
150 x 10 - pain @ lockout.

Standing Pushups and Body-rows using barbell in power-rack. 1x10 each.

I've been released from Physical Therapy, but still having pain in left shoulder during pushing movements.
