Bench Day

Gym Temp: 45°
Music: Convictions, I Am Nothing

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Halos & Presses, Band Pull-aparts and Medicine Ball Chest Throws.

2" Axle Incline Bench
70 x 10
120 x 10
140 x 10
160 x 8, 8 - lots of pain @ lockout.

Country Crush Seated Rows
150 x 10
170 x 10, 10 rest 15 sec then 3, rest 15 sec then 3.

Bandbell Bench
150 x 10, 9, 8 w/ 30 sec hold each set. Pain @ lockout still.

Triceps Extension (using Tri-bar)
40 x 12
70 x 12 - pain in shoulder, had to stop.

Hammer Curls
30s x 8
50s x 6

Hise Shrugs
185 x 15, 15

Shoulder was in immense pain most of day.
