Squat Day

Warm up w/ 5 min. walk. Low on time today.

Front Squat
95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
250 x 5 - new shoulder felt fine!!

Leg raises x 4 sets

Giant Medley: each movement done right after the other.
Top Squat Walk (basically a yoke walk but using Dave Draper's "Top Squat" attachment as I still can't put a regular barbell on my back)
225 x 400' w/ turn
Farmers Walk (using Dumbbells)
100s x 400' w/ turn
Front Carry (using 100 lbs. plate)
100 x 400' w/ turn
Fireman's Carry (using heavy bag)
100 x 400', w/ turn
Sled Drag
Backwards 100 x 200'
Forwards 100 x 200'
Kettlebell Swings
50 x 20
Medicine Ball Slams
20 x 5 - on the 5th slam the ball exploded into tiny pieces. 😝 
Battle Ropes - added these in since my ball exploded. 😜

Lay in heaping mess of sweat and regret!!!!
