Push-ups x 8, 8, 8 - ouch! @ lockout!!!!

Meadows Rows

115 x 10, 10

Rolling Tribar Extensions
60 x 15 - pain in new shoulder so stopped there.

Incline Dumbbell Curls
20s x 12
30s x 10, 8 - very slow and paused at full extension.
