Deadlift Day

Gym Temp: 50°

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings, Side Bends & Lunges.

Dynamic Effort Deficit Deadlifts (standing on 2" platform, done for speed)
135 + short light bands x 3
185 + short light bands x 3
225 + short light bands x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - very quick speed, lower back still tight and a bit sore.

Pulldowns (to front)
140 x 12
160 x 10, 10, 10 rest 15 sec then 2, rest 15 sec then 1 - new shoulder still improving.

Standing Abs
70 x 50, 50

2" Handle Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
110 x 100' w/ turn
180 x 100' w/ turn, 100' w/ turn - back OK.

Reverse Hyper-extensions
100 x 10, 10
140 x 10

Ankle Sled Drags
Forward 25 x 100', 100', 100'
Backward 25 x 100', 100', 100'

Tried going somewhat light in everything since back is still hurting.
