Deadlift Day

Gym Temp: 50°

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk wearing Donnie Thompson's Bowtie, Kettlebell Swings, Lunges and Indian Club Tornados using my new clubs from Strongergrip.com. These things are incredibly well made and cool!



2" Axle Deadlifts
160 + 40 lbs. chains x 3
210 + 40 lbs. chains x 3
250 + 40 lbs. chains x 3
300 + 40 lbs. chains x 3 - couldn't go any heavier since injured back last week.

Farmers Walk (weight per hand)
110 x 100' w/ turn
160 x 100' w/ turn, 100' w/ turn - went pretty light.

Standing Abs
60 x 50, 50

Ankle Drags
Forward 20 x 200', 200'
Backward 20 x 200', 200'

Everything pretty light due to injured back which is still sore and tight.
