205 x 1 - since I hurt my back this week, I thought I'd try getting a regular bar on my back finally, since I knew the shoulder pain wouldn't allow me to get much weight on the bar. Definitely painful, but tolerable.

Everything done really light, obviously. My lower back is really tight with some pain.
